Five Programs.
One Mission: Healing, Dignity & Lasting Change for Women in Crisis
At Circle of Wellbeing, we respond to the urgent and everyday realities of women impacted by displacement, violence, and systemic neglect. From maternal health to mental wellness, we create safe, trauma-informed spaces where healing begins, resilience takes root, and dignity is restored.
Why Circle of Wellbeing?
Because we don’t just provide services—we build relationships. We walk beside women through every stage of crisis and recovery, offering holistic, trauma-informed care rooted in dignity, safety, and trust. Whether it’s a hot meal or mental health support, we’re there—every step of the way.
“I started Circle of Wellbeing after witnessing how deeply women in Lebanon lacked access to support and space. Today, we’re building that space—together.”

Raw Stories of Strength, Healing & Hope
Every Woman’s Voice Tells a Story. Every Woman’s Story Holds Power.
At Circle of Wellbeing, healing never happens alone. These are the honest words of women who found space to breathe, feel, and begin again.
“I loved the yoga sessions because they helped me relax my body.”
And the teacher gave us new exercises to do at home. The other trainer provided psychological comfort and gave me strength.

“I released some negative energy during the sessions, and I learned that I should not hold on to my pain and allow myself to cry.”
I loved the time at the center. In my first yoga session, I started thinking about myself and how my body was feeling. I am now starting to think about how I can give myself time to focus on myself and my needs. I learned that I should rest for an hour a day, especially when I am pregnant. I want to thank you for this project.
– Pregnancy Project Participant
“I am very grateful to Circle of Wellbeing for providing us with this meal today, and to my child.”
My child asked me for a sandwich yesterday, but I didn’t have the money to buy the sandwich for her.

Breastfeeding guidance
Baby development milestones

Why It Matters:
The early months can feel overwhelming. We create a warm space where care, learning, and healing grow side by side, building stronger families from the start.
3
Hot Meals Project
Nourishment for the Body. Connection for the Soul.
Every Friday, we host a warm meal and warmer gathering. Women bring their children, share stories, and reconnect with themselves.
What It Looks Like:
-
Each week, women gather to enjoy a freshly prepared meal from a local restaurant—no cooking, no stress, just comfort and dignity.
-
While mothers share stories and laughter, children play nearby in a safe, supervised space. It’s a moment for both generations to breathe and belong.
-
Led by a trained emotional support facilitator, each session invites women to:
Reflect through storytelling, drawing, or group sharing
Release emotions in a judgment-free zone
Build friendships that extend beyond the meal
Why It Matters:
Food is a human right—but feeling seen, supported, and nourished? That’s healing. The Hot Meals Project offers both.
4
Menstrual Health Project
Dignity, Education & Access—Period.
Menstrual health is not a luxury—it’s a right. Through community education, reusable resources, and advocacy, we’re breaking taboos and ending period shame, one conversation at a time.
What It Looks Like:
-
In safe, supportive circles led by trained facilitators, participants learn:
Menstrual hygiene basics
How to use and care for reusable pads
How to talk about periods without fear or stigma
-
Women trained at our Bekaa Women’s Center sew high-quality reusable pads—building skills, income, and independence, while supporting sustainable menstrual care.
-
Each woman or girl receives eight reusable pads to support her health and hygiene with dignity.
-
In partnership with Pachamama and as a member of the Period Poverty Committee Lebanon, we:
Share data and insights
Shape national menstrual health policy
Champion menstrual equity on a systemic level
Why It Matters:
Periods shouldn’t be a source of shame, pain, or poverty. We’re creating a future where women bleed with dignity, knowledge, and support.
5
Gender-Based Violence Awareness Sessions
Knowledge That Protects. Conversations That Empower.
In safe, supportive spaces, women, youth, and community members come together to learn, share, and speak out. These sessions help break the silence around gender-based violence and build a foundation of respect, safety, and equality.
What It Looks Like:
-
Each session uses simple, engaging tools—discussions, real-life examples, and interactive activities—to make complex issues accessible and actionable.
-
Participants explore topics like healthy boundaries, peer pressure, and respect in relationships—tailored for both young people and adults, creating multi-generational impact.
-
Led by trained facilitators, every session invites people to:
Understand the forms and root causes of GBV
Learn about consent, equality, and respectful relationships
Explore how to seek help and support survivors
Build peer-led accountability and empathy
Why It Matters:
Silence enables violence—awareness interrupts it. These sessions help turn knowledge into power and passive communities into safe, informed ones. When people know their rights and how to protect each other, change begins.
