Whether onsite in Lebanon or remotely from anywhere in the world, your skills, compassion, and commitment bring hope, healing, and empowerment to women and families in crisis.

In-Person Volunteers (Lebanon-Based)

Are you ready to make a meaningful difference?

Join us at our Women’s Center in Lebanon, where your presence goes beyond volunteering — it builds trust, nurtures healing, and empowers women in crisis. By showing up, listening deeply, and offering hands-on support, you become part of a community restoring dignity, confidence, and hope. Whether you’re leading wellness sessions, supporting children, or managing vital behind-the-scenes tasks, your contribution creates lasting impact.

Volunteer Requirements:

  • Maturity and readiness for community-focused work are essential.

  • Experience in nursing, mental health, women’s health, or education—especially language or child development—is highly valued.

  • Respect, openness, and adaptability to diverse cultural backgrounds are a must.

  • Arabic skills are a plus but not required; we provide translation support.

  • Comfort with facilitating sessions, administrative duties, and community engagement is important.

  • Adherence to our media ethics and consent guidelines is mandatory to protect the dignity and privacy of the women we serve.

In-Person Roles We’re Looking For:

Remote Volunteers

Support our mission from anywhere in the world and be a vital part of empowering women in crisis.

Whether you’re managing communications, fundraising, or creating content, your skills will help amplify our impact and sustain our programs — all without needing to be onsite. Join a global community committed to justice, dignity, and lasting change.

Volunteer Requirements:

  • You need a stable internet connection and the ability to communicate clearly and promptly via email, video calls, and messaging platforms.

  • Remote volunteering requires independence, good time management, and the ability to meet deadlines without direct supervision.

  • We’re looking for volunteers with experience in social media management, writing, graphic design, event planning, translation, or fundraising.

  • Understanding and honoring the cultural backgrounds of the women we serve is essential, even from afar.

  • Comfort with facilitating sessions, administrative duties, and community engagement is important.

  • You’ll follow our guidelines on confidentiality and media ethics to protect the privacy and dignity of all participants.

Create striking visuals and infographics that communicate our mission clearly.

Voices from Our Volunteers

Real Stories, Real Impact

Our volunteers come from all over the world, bringing diverse skills and open hearts. Their experiences reflect the powerful connections and meaningful change that happen when we work together to support women in crisis. Here are just a few of their stories.

“Every day was different, and the Circle of Wellbeing’s team was amazing, working so hard to make sure the center was a safe and relaxing space for women and children.”

I volunteered with Circle of Wellbeing for 5 months helping out in the Child Friendly Space. It was incredible being there at the beginning—getting the space ready, welcoming kids for the first time, and creating a sustainable project for local and international volunteers to continue supporting in the future. The time spent with Circle of Wellbeing was fulfilling, meaningful, and exciting.

— Michelle Reece, from Canada

“There’s always a way to be useful, and the time spent there is time well spent.”

I volunteered with Circle of Wellbeing while finishing my Bachelor's degree in International Relations. It was my second experience in the Bekaa Valley, and I was managing the social media as well as giving basic English literacy and numeracy classes. I particularly enjoyed seeing the meaningful activities running and the women's reactions to them.

— Mathilde Bandiera, from Switzerland

"It was truly an amazing experience to work with the women and their children."

I joined Circle of Wellbeing during my summer holidays, and it was truly an amazing experience. The team, the volunteers, and the Lebanese people in general are so heartwarming and kind. I was so blessed to work with both the women and their children at the center. With the women, I led sessions on back pain, training, and mindfulness/self-love activities. It was amazing to see how much it meant to the women to come to the center and focus on themselves and their wellbeing. I am so thankful I got to contribute to that. I hope to come back soon!
