Event Description:
This summer, in the serene mountain setting of Fiskebustøylen, Circle of Wellbeing held a deeply nourishing day of yoga, meditation, and community connection led by a yoga practitioner Åshild Valebjørg.
Surrounded by nature’s stillness and the sound of flowing water, participants were invited to reconnect with themselves and each other through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided reflection. The sessions welcomed all levels and created a safe, inclusive space for inner calm and shared presence.
Between yoga practices, attendees engaged in meaningful conversation, rested in the beauty of nature, and explored the quiet strength of community healing. The entire event was dedicated to supporting mental health and inclusion efforts — with 100% of proceeds going directly to Circle of Wellbeing’s programs for individuals in vulnerable life situations.
